Thatch Lapa Maintenance

General maintenance needs to be done on your lapa every few years to keep it in good condition. There are various options for restoring and repairing your lapa back to new. It all depends on the condition of your current thatch roof. A rethatch may be required if the thatching is old, worn or starting to lose its water resistance. If your thatch is still in good condition then you can opt to just have it brushed to look neat & tidy again.
